Is your System specifically designed for the Service Business?

 Every software manual I have looked at is very confusing, is your?

NO      We have a simple “How to Book" , with on screen prompting for procedures.

 

Are there any limits to the number of customers, service calls, work order, equipment, service agreements that can be entered? 

NO      The Service Management Software has no limits as to how much data you enter. You will be able to enter as much information as your company’s hard drive can store.

 

Can your system handle service contracts?

Yes      Our Service Management Software allows you to have unlimited types of contract with Preventive Maintenance. Each Type of contracts can have a specified dollar amount and can bill out at a predefined interval. Inspections also can be set up to have multiple visits a pre defined date. Contracts can extend from 1 day to multiple years. Once a work order is set up under a contract  and is available for reporting, screen look ups, and and dispatch boards.

 

Can I see what Preventive Work Orders I have do next month?

YES     We have created specific reports that are date driven in our Customer Service Software. In the Work Order Report, You would enter a beginning date and ending date and it would then print all pending work orders for that period.

 

Can I print, fax and email Reports, Work Order and Invoices?

YES     All reports, in the Service Management Software,  when printed have other options you can choose. You can transfer it to Word, Excel, Note Pad, or E-Mail. It’s that simple.

 

Is the system built on proprietary software or old type databases?

NO      Our software is an open database accessible with access, crystal report writer or any other ODBC compliant system.

 

Is it easy to use?

YES     It is very intuitive, easy to follow and simple to understand, but still be very powerful business tool for your company.

 

Do you have users?

Do you have multiple ways of looking up a customer’s site?

YES     We have different ways of looking up a customer and we have  “WildCard” searches for name and address. That enables you to put in a few letters or numbers of the info you want and the system will give you all customers that match those criteria.

 

What about my customer data on my present system, Can you bring it over?

YES     80% of our users want to bring over their current data. We can create a conversion to transferee the data over to our Service Management Software.
